Terms & conditions
The general terms on which WebGrow Digital provides website and digital services.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. About these terms
In these terms, “WebGrow Digital”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the operator of the WebGrow Digital website and services. “Client”, “you” or “your” refers to a person or business enquiring about or buying our services. These terms apply to use of this website and are supplemented by a written proposal, quotation or project agreement for each project.
2. Our services
WebGrow Digital provides business website design and development, landing pages, website redesigns, local visibility support and related add-ons. The exact deliverables, features, schedule, fees and responsibilities for each project are set out in a written proposal. No service is included unless it is expressly agreed in writing.
3. Proposals, scope and changes
A project begins only after you accept the written scope and make any required initial payment. Requests outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, features, integrations, content or design changes, may require additional fees and time. We will agree any changes with you before doing the additional work.
4. Fees and payments
Project fees, currency, payment milestones, applicable taxes and payment methods are stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue. A verbal estimate is not a final quotation; the written proposal or invoice sets out the agreed commercial terms.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, brand assets, access details and feedback needed for the project, and for having the rights and permissions to use any materials you supply. Delays in receiving materials, approvals or feedback may affect delivery dates.
6. Reviews, approvals and delivery
The number of review rounds, approval process, delivery format and estimated timeline are set out in the proposal. You are responsible for checking the final content and functionality before approving launch or handover. Ongoing support, hosting, maintenance or updates must be agreed separately.
7. Ownership and permitted use
Ownership and licence arrangements for the final deliverables, source files and pre-existing materials are specified in the written proposal. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets and platform services remain subject to their own licence terms. We do not transfer rights that we do not own.
8. Third-party services
Websites may rely on hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, plugins or other third-party services. These are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees or actions of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, refund, deposit and milestone-payment terms are stated in the accepted proposal or invoice, subject to applicable law. If a project is cancelled, you may be responsible for work already completed and for approved third-party costs that cannot be refunded. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change a project.
10. Website content
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or current. Website content is general information about our services and is not a binding quotation or a guarantee of any particular business result. Designs shown on our “Our work” page are concept designs, not client projects.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a project or use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Privacy
Personal information you send us is handled as described in our privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Projects already underway remain subject to the terms agreed for that project unless both parties agree otherwise.
